Indirect voting was carried out among four options: a) Odesa will not be attacked by the Russian Federation and at the same time will continue to serve as a gateway from Ukraine to the World Ocean for Ukrainian grain; b) Odesa will be completely given to the Russian Federation territorially; c) If the Russian Federation violates its security guarantees in relation to Odesa, the port still continues to be a trading gate, risking the lives of citizens; d) In the event of a breach by the Russian Federation of its guarantees with regard to Odesa, Ukraine closes this trade route in favor of the security of Odesa and another strategically safer trade point than Odesa.
