Suggestions:

a - introduce a new food distribution system that will ensure that every Argentine citizen is provided with enough food to lead a normal life;

b - to make the support of higher education institutions the main task in the country, so that the younger generation of citizens could find a way out of this situation;

c - launch a patriotic information policy in the media, which, according to the plan, should arouse in poor citizens a sense of dignity and they, in turn, have found a way to provide themselves with food. That policy was based on the accusation by Argentina’s neighbours of Argentina’s problems.
